• 50% refund of advance payment
• 50% cancellation fee applied
• Option to reschedule to another date

• No refund of advance payment
• Full advance amount forfeited
• Rescheduling may be possible with additional charges

Same Day Cancellation

• No refund provided
• Full service charges applicable
• No rescheduling options available

3.2 Service Provider Cancellations

Emergency Cancellations by Aksh Mehandi Art

• 100% refund of all payments made
• Immediate notification to client
• Priority rebooking offered
• Additional compensation may be provided for inconvenience

Reasons for Service Provider Cancellation

• Medical emergency of the artist
• Severe weather conditions
• Transportation issues beyond control
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Client-Requested Rescheduling

More than 48 Hours Notice

• Free rescheduling to available dates
• No additional charges
• Subject to artist availability

24-48 Hours Notice

• Rescheduling possible with 25% additional charge
• Subject to availability
• Limited date options may be available

Less than 24 Hours Notice

• Rescheduling possible with 50% additional charge
• Very limited availability
• No guarantee of preferred dates

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Weather-Related Cancellations

• Heavy rain, storms, or extreme weather conditions
• Full refund or free rescheduling offered
• Decision made jointly by client and service provider
• Safety of artist and client is priority

5.2 Health and Medical Reasons

Client Health Issues

• Medical certificate may be required
• 50% refund or free rescheduling offered
• Considered case-by-case basis

COVID-19 Related Cancellations

• Full refund for confirmed COVID-19 cases
• Free rescheduling after recovery period
• Exposure or symptoms cases handled compassionately

6. Refund Process

6.1 How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp
2. Provide booking details and reason for cancellation
3. Submit any required documentation (medical certificates, etc.)
4. Receive confirmation of refund approval
5. Provide bank details for refund transfer

6.2 Refund Timeline

• UPI Refunds: 1-2 business days
• Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
• Cash Refunds: Immediate (if possible to meet)

7. No Refund Conditions

• We will attempt to rectify issues on the spot

9. Group Bookings

9.1 Multiple Person Bookings

• Partial cancellations allowed with adjusted pricing

• Group discounts forfeit on partial cancellations

10. Peak Season Policy

10.1 Wedding Season (October-March)

• Stricter cancellation policy during peak season
• Higher advance payment may be required
