3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance
- Bridal services require 1-2 weeks advance booking
3.2 Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment receipt
- You will receive booking confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS
- Changes to confirmed bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to service
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices may vary based on design complexity and service location
- Travel charges apply for services outside Burari area
- Additional charges may apply for group bookings
4.2 Payment Terms
- 25% advance payment required to confirm booking
- Balance payment due upon service completion
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), Bank Transfer
- All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
5. Service Delivery
5.1 Service Standards
- We use only natural, chemical-free henna
- All equipment is sanitized and professional-grade
- Service time varies based on design complexity
- We maintain professional standards and hygiene protocols
5.2 Home Service
- Home service available across Delhi with additional charges
- Client must provide suitable seating arrangement and lighting
- Parking arrangements are client's responsibility
- Service location should be easily accessible
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Pre-Service Preparation
- Inform about any skin allergies or sensitivities
- Ensure hands/feet are clean before service
- Remove any jewelry from application area
- Provide accurate contact and address information
6.2 During Service
- Remain seated and avoid unnecessary movement
- Follow artist's instructions for best results
- Inform immediately if any discomfort occurs
- Keep children away from work area during application
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
7.1 Client Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit advance payment
- Same-day cancellations result in full payment charge
- Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case
7.2 Service Provider Cancellation
- We reserve the right to cancel service due to unforeseen circumstances
- Full refund provided for cancellations from our side
- Alternative dates will be offered when possible
- Emergency cancellations will be communicated immediately
8. Health and Safety

- Patch testing recommended for sensitive skin
- Client must inform about known allergies before service
- We are not liable for allergic reactions to natural henna

9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not responsible for mehandi color variations due to individual skin types
- Color longevity depends on skin type and aftercare
- We are not liable for staining of clothing or furniture
- Maximum liability limited to the service cost paid
- We are not responsible for damages beyond our direct control
10. Intellectual Property
- Original designs created by Aksh Mehandi Art remain our intellectual property
- Photos of our work may be used for promotional purposes
- Client consent obtained before using photos for marketing
- Website content is protected by copyright laws
11. Photography and Marketing
- We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes
- Client can request not to be photographed
- Photos may be used on website, social media, and marketing materials
- Client identity will be protected unless consent is given
